Delete your FleetOps One account
You can request deletion of your FleetOps One account and associated personal information.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the email address used for your FleetOps One account to:
Please use the subject line FleetOps One account deletion request. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What we will delete
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise personal account information that is no longer required, such as your authentication account and profile information.
What may be retained
Some fleet, inspection, defect, maintenance, repair, audit or compliance records may need to be retained by the organisation using FleetOps One, or where retention is required or permitted for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes.
Organisation-managed records
If you use FleetOps One through an employer, operator or other organisation, that organisation may control certain records associated with your work. Deleting your FleetOps One sign-in does not automatically require that organisation to delete records it is legally entitled or required to retain.
